ViSalus Shake Recipes – Juicy


Use 2 scoops of the Vi shake mix with each of these ViSalus shake recipes and blend.


After Glow Smoothie:                         Citrus Delight:

½ cup pomegranate juice                                  4 oz water

½ cup orange juice                                               2 oz orange juice

1 cup frozen pineapple                                        1 Vi orange flavor pack

5 ice cubes                                                                1 tsp lemon

7 ice cubes


Apple Cider Smoothie:                  Cherry Pineapple Slush:

6 oz unsweetened apple cider                  6 oz water

1 Vi orange flavor pack                              2 oz pineapple juice

2 tsp cinnamon                                              ½ cup pineapple

½ tsp vanilla extract                                  ½ cup pitted or frozen cherries

6 ice cubes                                                       8 ice cubes


ViSalus Shake Recipes – Regular, Soy or Almond Milk


The Vi shakes are gluten and lactose free so that more people could use the shakes to feel better while meeting their fitness goals.


German Chocolate Cake:               Apple Pie:

8 oz skim milk                                                    8 oz Almond milk

1 Vi chocolate flavor pack                            3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

1 tsp coconut extract                                      2 tsp cinnamon

8 ice cubes                                                           ½ tsp vanilla extract

6 ice cubes



8 oz rice milk

1 tbsp cocoa powder

4 frozen strawberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 ice cubes


ViSalus Shake Recipes: Don’t want milk or milk substitutes?


Remember to use 2 scoops of Vi shake for these ViSalus shake recipes.


Raspberry Fizz:                             Summer Slim:

6 oz water                                                        8 oz water

30 frozen raspberries                                 ½ a fresh peach or 6 frozen slices

1 Neuro raspberry flavor pack              6 fresh or frozen strawberries

Very Berry:

8 oz sparkling water

ViSalus Shake Recipes: Little Snacks and Late Night Nibbling


Any of the ViSalus shake recipes can be cut in half and used as a snack.  It’s also great for dealing with late night snacking and much better for your body.


Almond Joy:                                     Amaretto:

8 oz almond milk                                              8 oz almond milk

½ tsp coconut extract                                   1 cup frozen dark cherries

1 tbsp cocoa powder                                       6 ice cubes

6 ice cubes


Banana Nut Bread:                          Blackberry Pie:

8 oz almond milk                                              8 oz almond milk

1 tsp butter extract flavoring                      1 cup frozen blackberries

1 tsp cinnamon                                                  1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

Pinch of nutmeg                                                1 tsp vanilla extract

6 ice cubes                                                           6 ice cubes
