In the process of living a better life many are always looking to make money but that should actually be paired up to ways to save money to pay for the business.

Many in the home business arena fail to succeed primarily due tot he fact that they are short on cash. Sure, having an initial investment to start up is one thing but how about the daily costs that start to stack up?

  • Initial Business  Cost
  • Recurring Business Costs
  • Upgrades and Maintenance
  • Advertising
  • and so on

There are a lot of different things that go into running a business and the costs will continue to build well past the initial investment.

That's the real reason so many fail in a home based business. Running out of cash.

So here are a couple of ways to save money and pay for your business.

3 Killer Ways To Save Money For Your Business

1) Use Free Tools Like Email

One of the great ways these days to build a business is to keep  your business cost down. One of the ways to save money through mass communication is to use email. If your business is services or selling products there is going to be a lot of communication needed. One of the best email free services I use and many others that work online is Gmail.

Gmail is a fantastic free online hosted email service.

Pros – Great spam protection, quick to load, integration to other google products (calender, tasks, documents, photos..), smart phone integration, labeling/sorting

Cons – Tons of ads, worries of the big G reading your email

2) Call Long Distance For Less

Like discussed before with contact customers more and more will be over state lines and even over the boarder to Canada. Being able to call long distance probably isn't a big deal now with so many mobile carriers with free long distance USA calling but calling to Canada for free (for almost all regions) has been a game saver.

Business has no boundaries as you go online and it's even more important to not be deterred from connecting with clients and customers even though they live over seas or far away (google voice long distance is very affordable).

I would highly suggest anyone with a need to connect to get Google Voice and check out the cool free business tools it provides.

Pros – awesome integration to smart phones, ability to transcribe messages into emails and text, free texting, free number in the area of your choosing.

Cons – iphone compatibility is pretty weak, online connection (edge, 3g, 4g, wifi) is necessary.

3) Mass Syndication

Exposure is a big deal when you start marketing online. One of the main things I would like to see everyone do is get more exposure. The reality is that most will not be able to get their message out to enough people and in turn their hopes and dreams of running a business goes down the tubes.

If blogging, writing articles, shooting videos, and getting content online is one of your interested methods to advertising I suggest you jump on board and join a syndication tribe to get some good repeatable exposure. Getting free traffic is one of the preferred ways to save money.
