Body By Vi Scam and the Truth about the “Free” BMW

It’s a shame that some many people suspect there’s a Body By Vi scam.  Honestly, it’s just a misunderstanding.  I’m going to shed some light on the facts and share the truth about Body By Vi and the “Free” BMW.

Body By Vi Scam

I got mine my first month

Body By Vi Scam – ViSalus Sciences, Company Snap Shot

ViSalus, a direct sales and network marketing company, was launched in 2005.  The simple fact that the company survived its first two years in business is impressive since the vast majority of companies don’t.  ViSalus is now 7 years old and is experiencing massive growth.

ViSalus is backed by Blythe, which has been around for 30 years and is a publicly traded company.  ViSalus also has a top notch Scientific Board which ensures the nutritional value of the Shakes and other products are of the highest quality for living a healthy life style.

The three co-founders, Blake Mallen, Nick Sarnicola and Ryan Blair have built ViSalus from the ground up with a solid foundation and the latest technology to support its Challengers and Promoters.

There’s a wealth of misinformation about a Body By Vi scam and ViSalus Sciences all over the internet but if you do your research, you’ll see the truth for yourself.

Body By Vi Scam – BMW Program Truth

So, I can understand why so many people have assumed there’s a Body By Vi scam.  They simply didn’t have to facts.

The BMW bonus is a bonus NOT a car. Think Allowance.

  • You must be an Active Promoter via the Executive Success System.
  • Then achieve the rank of Regional Director, RD. Maintain $12,500 in monthly volume with 60% rank criteria. (just to put it in perspective, I did 205,000 in volume my first full month in visalus)
  • Once you reach RD, you are invited to the Bimmer Club.
  •  You receive a Welcome Kit with all of the info for attaining your BMW.Body By Vi Scam
  • You can choose the cash out option of a $300 bonus.
  • You can choose a black, green or titanium silver; model year 2007 or later.
  • You can lease OR buy.
  • ViSalus has a concierge service to help with the sale, financing and delivery.
  • Once you have your BMW, you receive a $600 bonus check.
  • As long as RD or above is maintained, you continue to get your bonus.
  • For RD’s there’s a two month grace period.  If you don’t have the volume, you can still receive the bonus.

Hardly, a Body By Vi scam now that the facts are spelled out.  The BMW bonus is paid once a month, after you’ve maintained the Rank of Regional Director.  So, if you meet the requirements in the first week of the month then that’s when the check is sent and so on.

Check it out and taste a shake for free.  You’ll be calling to tell me you didn’t know a Body By Vi scam could taste SO good!  We don’t call it the shake mix that tastes like cake mix for no good reason.

 Body By Vi scam?

Absolutely not.  Real people, everyday are changing their lives.  To date, more than 8,000 people have qualified for the BMW bonus.  In February 2012 there were over 900 BMW ranks achieved.

but here is the main catch… being qualified initially is one thing… to STAY qualified is another.  Remember… the care is not loaned, bought, or leased through Visalus… YOU the distributor are the one who takes out the loan and YOU must make the payments.

Visalus will pay $600 if qualified or $300 if not a BMW. Personally. it's your choice. If your stabilized and your volume hasn't been below the $12,500 volume mark or even close… getting a BMW would double your bonus.

When I was making $30k/month with visalus getting a BMW was primarily to sell the program… I sold my m3 for another car that I “really wanted to drive”… but let's not get distracted here 😉

Body By Vi BMW

This should be better named “Rep by BMW” as you will still have to make your own payments regardless if you meet the Body By Vi BMW requirements or not. So be sure you want the care. When I instructed my teams I asked them a simple question.

“would you have gotten that BMW without a Body By Vi BMW allowance?”

if so.. i say go for it.. it's a bonus to an additional $300 for owning a car. Be smart with your money and learn to MARKET without using a car… trust me.. the car is nice but people in the long run want to know how to duplicate… getting a BMW will not ensure your volumes don't drop… Marketing will.
Let’s put this Body By Vi scam stuff to rest and see how regular people are getting to drive the toys of their dreams… I upgraded from and an M3…. ;).

Is the program good? It depends on you…. and who you are being mentored by. It's a business. Treat it like one.

I think you idiots need to explain how many people reach BMW and lose rank after getting the car. As well as client retention which numbers are low as hell. Plua mention how many ambassadors and Rd s leave Vi daily The public needs facts not brainwashing propoganda. Post the real numbers and facts and tread lightly the FCC may be watching your lies See Vemma!!!!!

Still no answer about why these shakes are so good and healthy all i can see out of this is how great the money is and still no real answers other than how to be able to stay on top to keep a car or get more money

The promoters of Body By Vi give me the creeps. I’ve had friends that I haven’t spoke to in years send me random messages on Facebook and emails telling me about the “challenge.” They clearly copy/paste a scripted sales pitch and give off this used car salesmen aura. After they tossed the sales pitch to me, I would inform them I was deployed to Yemen. The conversation ended right there. No, “Hey man, be safe. Hope to see you soon.” None of that. The conversation literally ended without even a “later or cya bro.” Once they realized there was no sales potential they moved on. These were guys I graduated High School with. Guys I would go out of my way in the grocery store to say hey to and catch up. Now, they are Visalus promotion bots whom I avoid.

just bad communication and relationship skills… i wouldn’t place blame on VI so much as placing blame on their social skills…

I’ve been a customer (not a sales rep) for 9 months. I like the product. I use it as a meal replacement and for post workouts. (My workouts are late at night usually). What I enjoy is you dont get the “im still hungry” feeling after a shake and you still have lots of energy. I think that giving you energy for a relatively low calorie product is important because it makes it easier to work out. Im sure that if more people took this product there would be less fat people out there. Everyone I know who drinks at least 1 shake a day has lost fat. Hate all you want, but it works for us. (I’ve never even met Lawrence)

“Chlorinated hydrocarbons are healthy for you?”

    Lawrence Tam · August 21, 2012 at 2:26 am

    oh… fyi
We use .03mg of sucralose, so if you divide .03mg by 26,000mg

that is 0.000115% by volume. Your probably way more unhealthy drinking tap water or using a microwave… let’s put things into perspective..

people can get sick from anything and to nit pick is just… ummm

This guy is a promotor for Body by Vi, of course he defends it; the more people he signs up, the more money he receives, and so he can maintain his “rank” to keep the car payments coming, because if he doesn’t, then too bad for you you ‘re now stuck with a car you can’t afford. This company is deceitful, and lures people in as promotors by promising riches if you’re struggling financially. Well the truth is, Body by Vi is an MLM, a disguised pyramid scheme. Inevitably it will collapse, because the business model is not mainly about marketing their product, but recruiting promotors. This is the definition of a pyramid scheme. Soon enough, everybody will be selling and nobody will be buying, and boom, collapse. The people at the bottom of the pyramid will lose money. You will not make enough sales to keep the car payments coming, and then you’ll be stuck with expensive monthly car payments with no way out. You see how this guy put a link at the bottom of the article to sign up for this? He makes money if you sign up. This article was really put out there to draw people in typing “body by vi scam” in Google and then to change their mind and get them to sign up so he makes more money by deceiving people. All I suggest is, do your research. And definitely don’t listen to people who promote this stuff, they will defend it to the end of the Earth, because they make money off the suckers at the bottom of the pyramid who they get to sign up.

You were warned.

    Lawrence Tam · July 27, 2012 at 12:38 am

ummmm. i have over 1,000 customer that are ACTIVE in 5 months…
yes. Customer… people who are NOT in it to make ANY money.. NO MONEY. they just want to get in shape.. PERIOD…. customers

oh, and mary kay, amway, avon… are not legit business. hahahah

over 160,000 people joined visalus in June 2012..
a true business is built on customers.. NOT signing up reps…
    http://www.lawrencetam.net/4-5-months-into-visalus-and-10000-customers/

so go blow your haterade on scams else where.

I drive my M3 and have helped 60 people hit BMW in 6 months.

If you don’t want the BMW, company gives you a $300/month bonus… it would be idiotic to take on a car payment you can’t afford… don’t blame Visalus for giving people money to do what they want to.

Chlorinated hydrocarbons are healthy for you? Why not just sell people a book to tell them to eat healthy and exercise? That is the only way to lose weight and be HEALTHY!

    Lawrence Tam · July 27, 2012 at 12:45 am

#1 is always to eat healthier and exercise… period

but if that was easy why is the state of our nation the way it is in terms of health?
if you have a better solution to having over 160,000 people joining PER month in usa/canada who want to get in shape….

then be my guest… books work too, i agree but it hasn’t helped the gut in USA and Canada

      Kathy · July 29, 2013 at 8:53 am

Lawrence is right, even the air you breathe has impure elements in it. The body is an excellent eliminator of “toxins” if you will. From your air, your water, your coffee, and on and on infinitum. Sucralose is a natural derivitave of sugar. For rats exposed to oral (gavage) doses of 2,000, 3,000 and 4,000 mg/kg for 4, 9, and 13 weeks, increased cecal weights were observed in all groups, but there was no apparent toxicological significance. Increased cecal weights observed in these studies were reported in animals exposed to less-absorbable osmotically-active substances at high dose levels and toxicological significance was considered to be low. In addition, no remarkable changes were noted in an oral 34-day toxicity study in mice.
When you look at the American diet as a whole… the scary is there. Visalus is a springboard to good health and good nutrition. Teaching people to be concious of what they are eating and how to be healthy. You naysayers I’m sure just like to be the voice of dissension in nearly every conversation you have. I’m pro Visalus, I promote it, I injest it and I have a background in health and science.

    Rox · May 11, 2013 at 8:49 pm

I agree with tim sell a book on eatimg healthy, however, body by v is like a avon, marykay or tuperware lolol.. Does ONE Really NEED the product??? Id say not!! But its all about the $$$$

      Lawrence Tam · May 24, 2013 at 9:02 am

do people really need fancy cars, makeup, or haircuts?

google “amway arena”… obviously there is value in the products cause there are a LOT of them. it’s just preference

u as a consumer get to VOTE what you want…
