Blogger Vs WordPress- What to Choose?

Blogger and WordPress somehow can be said as the best substitutes for each other, that is why we often see people arguing about Blogger vs WordPress. Under the basic differentiation between Blogger vs WordPress there are two options in case you want to have internet access.

First you can take up the option of owning your own website hosting or second you may select the other option of downloading a finished version of site directly from the blogger blog. On blogger one can have as many templates indexed for designs as he wants.

In terms of speed getting a blogger blog up is really painless and the steps to getting all the parts in place are super easy. WordPress can be done free at the .org site but I wouldn't even suggest that as you want to own your own site. That kinda brings it back to do you want to own your content or have it hosted and owned by someone else.

If your in a home business there will be a huge risk if you don't host your own site and I've never personally hosted a blogger blog before and not even sure if that is even possible. The platform of choice to download and host to your own server is still WordPress.

Blogger vs WordPress Visual Breakdown

This blog and many others I own are all hosted on Host Gator.

The only thing to be considered there is speed. The content on blogger is dynamic and changes very quickly so be aware of that. On the other hand WordPress is like having your own website with PHP and different database languages like MySQL available for free.

For newbies it might just be easier to get “something” up versus getting stuck in the technical loop of hosting your own blog with wordpress. I have ranked both sites and both will rank but Blogger will generally rank faster for me even though I don't own the site (fully).

Blogger vs WordPress Installation

WordPress installation allows the user to easily import and export the content. Getting own installation of WordPress certainly resolves the individual basic needs of the user, but somehow that depends on the credibility of the site for sure. In the difference between Blogger vs WordPress, another important difference could be related to accessibility, i.e. the way in which users could use this tool.

Blogger can help you even when the name of your preferred site is already taken, whereas WordPress helps in owning your own website only when you know the PHP. Getting larger amount of traffic seems the very best way to get higher rankings in the search engine results, both get love from Google so don't feel like one has a serious advantage over the other. Just make sure your On Page SEO is top notch by using tools to remind you if you missed something from your posts.

Not to say it's too hard to install for the new but it is not as easy to just plug and play if you were to do a non hosted site with blogger and wordpress. I would just suggest that if your going to do wordpress don't even mess with trying to do a host with them. Get your own and do it right.

Blogger vs WordPress – My Lead System Pro Chooses

If you have WordPress then you can't have two articles of the same title there. WordPress installation requires the user to have access to more resources to cater to its special needs. You must have your own theme to make personal changes in the blog. A tool like My Lead System Pro could be used as a facilitator to all those who observe problems in WordPress installation.

I use wordpress

My Lead System Pro is the software that helps the user in modifying the installation process as per the individual requirements. It makes the two ends meet without any hassle. Finally in the differentiation here i.e. Blogger vs WordPress we would say that blogger is more versatile and handy than WordPress for the new but if your plan to build a long term business a self hosted WordPress site is the way to go.  My Lead System Pro will help you tweak your wordpress site and show you all of the common mistakes to avoid as well as the common practices of how to set up a site correctly.

I have built a pretty nice automated business that attracts traffic and leads using My Lead System Pro as a foundation to my site. This site has grown exponentially due to the training I have found in My Lead System Pro.

If you are on the path of building a business and want to use a blog to brand yourself to make those sales and attract new customers I highly recommend you become a member with My Lead System Pro with my team and I'll groom you into being a professional blogger. It's not hard and one that can be achievable IF you work hard with the right teachings. Forget about the debate about blogger vs wordpress because ownership is everything in business.

I have to express my thanks to this writer just for bailing me out of this instance. Right after browsing throughout the search engines and coming across tricks which were not powerful, I assumed my entire life was over. Living minus the answers to the issues you have resolved all through the posting is a serious case, as well as the ones which could have adversely damaged my career if I hadn’t come across your website. Your own personal talents and kindness in dealing with all the details was vital. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I hadn’t come upon such a step like this. I can at this time relish my future. Thanks for your time so much for the skilled and effective guide. I will not hesitate to suggest the website to any person who needs recommendations about this matter.

Lawrence,

I’m like you.  I still have my original blogger blog up and running, but really only use my wordpress.org because it’s self hosted.  Although I do use my blogger blog to create backlinks to my wordpress blog and articles for SEO purposes.

    Lawrence Tam · June 10, 2011 at 3:03 am

this is a good strategy. to build up smaller sites to promote others.

For me I prefer blogger as it is so simple and straight forward to use. It gets indexed very fast by Google. WordPress requires far more technical skills and it’s not for me at this moment.

i would advise you learn wordpress as i have not found a way to do a self hosted blogger site. reason you want a self hosted is because if not they can shut you down due to content.

i still have my original bloger blog up at http://www.lawrencetam.com and it continues to pull but after putting so much time into it I realized it was time to move to a self hosted site

 Lawrence,

I enjoyed this article. I also prefer wordpress to blogger.
Where in MLSP does this comment of yours exist: “My Lead System Pro will help you tweak your wordpress site and show you all of the common mistakes to avoid as well as the common practices of how to set up a site correctly.”?

Thanks
